As a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and supervisor, I meet with licensed clinicians who are working toward certification in EFT or looking to strengthen their skills as a couples therapist working within the EFT model. I am passionate about helping therapists use and apply EFT in their work. Supervision is provided either virtually and/or in person and may involve teaching of the model, review of recordings of case sessions, role play, and case consultation. Having a safe space to discuss and apply EFT is an essential (and fun!)  part of learning this experiential model.

I provide group supervision to group practices who are looking to support their therapists in learning couples therapy and EFT. Groups typically include 3-6 therapists and include case consultation, didactic teaching, role plays/demonstrations, and sharing of recorded sessions. Groups provide safe and fun ways to apply EFT while learning alongside peers. Group supervision counts toward EFT certification.
